All packages sent out from Kathryn Vintage HQ are sent either via the Royal Mail or Hermes courier service.
POSTING WITHIN THE UK: We send all packages out via a non priority class therefore if you require your item to be sent via first class or even next day delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your requirements. We will then be able to taylor the postage requirements to your needs if possible. Please note, for amendments to delivery methods there may be a small additional fee to cover the costs.
POSTING OUTSIDE OF THE UK: Postage costs will vary depending on what country you are located in and the weight of the item/ items. Overseas packages will be sent out via Royal Mail.

PROOF OF POSTAGE: will be obtained for every package that is sent out from Kathryn Vintage HQ. This is available upon request. Although we do obtain proof of postage, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage via the Royal Mail or Hermes courier service.
Kathryn Vintage are believers in caring for the environment and recycling. Therefore, RECYCLED PACKAGING i.e. second hand jiffy bags and bubble wrap may occur. However, presentation is also very important to us and we ensure that every package sent out will look neat and desirable.
IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR POSTAGE & PACKAGING: please email us immediately after purchase of the item/ items so that we can accommodate your needs if possible.
Due to the nature of the items that we sell, there will be slight wear visible from time to time. We try our best to list all visible minor defects and clean all items properly. If you feel your item has been grossly misrepresented please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item to request a refund in the form of shop credit or exchange. All items must be returned with 7 days of receipt and item must still have original tag still attached. You as a buyer are responsible for postage and packaging costs for the return and is kindly asked to obtain proof of postage when sending the package back to us.
Please make sure that you pay close attention to the sizing details and measurements listed. Please also remember to take into consideration the fit of the item based upon the photos provided. The best method for determining whether or not an items measurements will work for you is to measure a similar item that you currently own (while the items is laid out flat) and compare it to the one listed (this should be done in addition to measuring your own body). Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions in regards to the size or appearance to an item. We are more than happy to take additional pictures or measurements if required. Making sure that our customers are 100% happy is our key priority.
